01 / Light therapy

Calm the cycle of inflammation.

OptiLight uses carefully controlled light on the skin around the eyes to treat dry eye associated with meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD). It is the first and only FDA-approved IPL for this indication.

May help with: inflamed lid margins, ocular rosacea-related signs, redness, and unstable tears associated with MGD.

02 / Gentle heat

Help the oil glands flow.

OptiPlus uses controlled radiofrequency warmth around the eyelids to soften thickened oils. When appropriate, it can be paired with gland expression to support a more stable tear film.

May help with: blocked meibomian glands, poor oil quality, and tears that evaporate too quickly.

03 / Muscle stimulation

Support a more complete blink.

TriLift’s dynamic muscle stimulation targets selected muscles around the eyes. We may include it when incomplete blinking or lid laxity contributes to tear evaporation. Treatment can also extend beyond the eye area when appearance goals are part of your plan.

May help with: blink-related dry eye factors and a tired-looking eye area.

MORE WAYS WE CAN HELP

The details matter, too.

Many patients benefit from supporting care chosen for their eyelids, tear film, and eye surface.

ZEST eyelid cleaning

In-office cleansing removes buildup along the lashes and lid margins that can add to irritation.

Rinsada irrigation

A gentle in-office rinse helps clear allergens and debris from the ocular surface when appropriate.

Amniotic membrane

For more significant eye surface damage, a protective membrane may support healing.

PERSONALIZED TREATMENT PLANS

More care, better value.

When a treatment series is recommended, our packages can combine therapies to address the factors behind your dry eye. Every comprehensive dry eye treatment package includes a ZEST eyelid cleaning at the first visit. We usually perform meibomian gland expression after each treatment when clinically appropriate. Packages offer savings compared with individual treatments and support a consistent plan. We’ll review your options and pricing after the evaluation.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Find the reason your eyes feel dry.

A comprehensive evaluation looks at your symptoms, tear film, eyelids, oil glands, and eye surface. Dr. Nancy Truong, optometrist, will recommend a plan based on what your eyes actually need.
